50 Shades of Leadership

The 50 Shades of Leadership

I never saw a movie or read a book with a similar name to the title. However, I understood completely what it meant when someone told me we needed to diversify some of our teambuilding activities. If you go to a conference one year, what makes you go the next year? Anticipation of something new or different, will lure you to attend.

One of the reasons your personal mission statement should be a timeless piece is that it can adapt to change and situations. The same resilience should be a component of your leadership principles. One motive of the book, 50 Great Things Leaders Do: Let’s Get Fired Up! is the enduring principles. Enjoy the ever-changing, exciting world of your leadership by accepting your role with timelessness.

Get Fired Up!
