If you're not teaching, you're not learning.
One of my goals every year was to teach at least one lesson to every student in our school. If every CEO, supervisor, principal, or superintendent had that goal, our future role models would not be Barbie, cartoon characters that live under water, or a truck that folds out into a robot. Our role models would be parents, educators, and inspire-ers of inspire-ers! Not only should parents and teachers emulate character and inspiration but when peers show each other the way, beautiful things happen.

Middle school is such a critical time in development and the foundation that you created through Renaissance and leadership will be carried by our son throughout his life. Please know that you’ve made a difference. We see it. He is living it. Paraphrasing Winnie the Pooh, ‘How lucky are we to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.’”
