Things to think about:
Do you have a personal mission statement?
Do you know the vision and mission of your organization?

12. If You See Something On The Floor, Pick It Up
Things to think about:
When people take ownership, they are more committed to the success of their organization.
13. Loyalty
Things to think about:
Leadership Tip from my dogs: Loyalty is an essential quality of a leader but do not let it blind you.

14. Random Acts of Greatness
Things to think about:
Share your stories. Listen to other people’s stories. It is one of the greatest and most rewarding ways to connect.
Enjoy every minute with the people around you through great random acts.

15. Be Visible
Things to think about:
Send a signal. Most people will eventually see it.
Everyone you meet is important.

16. Be Polite
Things to think about:
Character and leadership need to be emulated over and over for adults as well as students.
How much effort does it take to be polite?
Shouldn’t you always say hello to people you know (or don’t know)?

17. If You Don’t Know Something, Ask
Things to think about:
Don’t fear failure but don’t fear success either.

18. Talk Positively About Someone In The Teacher’s Lounge
Things to think about:
You never know who’s listening.
People pay forward their belief in themselves.
Other people give you your reputation. Give yourself your character. 

19. Listen
Things to think about:
Do not expect anyone to listen to you if you do not authentically listen to them.

20. Gratitude- Send A Thank You Note
Things to think about:
One act, no matter the size, can change outcomes and attitudes in a positive way.
Doing what you want to do does not necessarily mean that you cannot do what you have to do.
Be grateful. Have a grateful day!
