Self-Communicating

Self-Communicating

This was included in my last book but because of the continuing bureaucracy that keeps slapping us in the face, self-communicating has become a powerful tool. As I get older, I realize the importance of believing in yourself at an early age. Self-communicating your self-worth develops an important mindset when dealing with obstacles (and adults). You become what you think of all day. Keep telling yourself what you want to accomplish. Never let anyone say you cannot accomplish something.
Being great or even good at something requires careful thought and a meticulous plan. If you think about social media all day, you are anxious to look at your phone. If you think about great teaching all day, you make a plan to search out opportunities that will develop those thoughts. Do not define your achievements by how many likes you get on your social media accounts. Self-communicating will allow you to continually fine-tune the process of your victories. Obstacles are just as significant as successes as your strategy moves forward. Problem-solving includes the confidence you have in your abilities.  If you don’t think you can do it, you are right.
Embrace yourself then self-communicate your importance. The whole time you are self-communicating your plan is being perfected. You reflect on your plan. Communicate with yourself then reach out for more tools. Being a member of a valuable team is important.
Never stop having a dream but be a dream catcher not a chaser. Be Epic!
